Goody Demo Gift Offer: Terms and Conditions

These terms (“Offer Terms”) apply to Goody’s demo gift offer (the “Offer”) promoted in Goody advertising, including on LinkedIn. They are Supplemental Terms under Section 1.3 of the Goody Terms of Service. If the two conflict, these Offer Terms control for this Offer. By booking a demo through the Offer, you agree to these Offer Terms.

  1. 1. Sponsor. The Offer is made by Goody Technologies, Inc. (“Goody”). It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by LinkedIn or any other platform where it appears.

  2. 2. Offer period. The Offer starts on October 29, 2026 and ends on December 31, 2026, or earlier if Goody ends it under Section 10.

  3. 3. Eligibility. To be eligible, you must:

    • be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the 50 United States or D.C.;
    • be a business professional with authority over, or meaningful influence on, gifting decisions at your company;
    • work at a company that meets Goody’s qualification criteria, which Goody determines in its sole discretion;
    • work at a company Goody invited to this Offer (see Section 9); and
    • not fall into an excluded group in Section 4.

  4. 4. Exclusions. The following people are not eligible:

    • employees, contractors and immediate family members of Goody;
    • employees of Goody competitors, and agencies, resellers or vendors booking on behalf of others;
    • students, job seekers, and people booking for personal rather than business use;
    • employees of federal, state or local government, public-sector entities, or any organization whose policies prohibit accepting gifts from vendors;
    • current Goody customers; and
    • anyone who has already received a gift under this Offer or another Goody demo-gift offer.

  5. 5. How to qualify. To receive a gift, you must (a) book a demo through the official booking page linked in the Offer, (b) provide accurate business contact information, and (c) attend the full scheduled demo with a Goody representative. Demos booked through other channels, rescheduled outside the booking page, attended in part, or attended by someone else on your behalf do not qualify.

  6. 6. The gift. Qualifying participants will receive one Goody digital gift. You can choose a gift from Goody’s catalog or swap it for another item of equal or lesser value. The gift is not a cash payment or gift card unless Goody chooses to offer one. Goody will email the gift within 10 business days after the qualifying demo. It must be redeemed within 10 weeks or it expires. Shipping is available to U.S. addresses only.

  7. 7. Limits. One gift per person. Gifts are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Goody may substitute a gift of equal or greater value.

  8. 8. Goody’s discretion. Goody decides eligibility and qualification in its sole discretion. Goody may decline, withhold or cancel a gift, or disqualify anyone, who does not meet these Offer Terms, gives false or incomplete information, books duplicate or fraudulent meetings, or tries to manipulate the Offer. Goody’s decisions are final.

  9. 9. Invitation only. The Offer is available only to individuals Goody invites directly, meaning people who work at a company Goody targeted in this campaign, as shown by Goody’s campaign records. Forwarded ads, screenshots, reposts and links shared by others do not create eligibility, even if the person otherwise meets these Offer Terms. Goody determines whether a booking qualifies under this Section in its sole discretion.

  10. 10. Changes and termination. Goody may change, suspend or end the Offer at any time without notice. Demos already booked through the official booking page before the Offer ends will be honored if they meet these Offer Terms.

  11. 11. Your responsibilities. You are responsible for making sure that accepting a gift complies with your employer’s policies and applicable law. You may decline the gift at any time. You are responsible for any taxes that apply.

  12. 12. Privacy. Goody uses the information you provide in line with its Privacy Policy, including to schedule your demo, deliver your gift, and follow up about Goody’s services.

  13. 13. Disputes and liability. These Offer Terms are governed by the governing law, dispute resolution, arbitration and limitation of liability provisions of the Goody Terms of Service. To the extent permitted by law, Goody is not responsible for gift delays, losses or failures caused by third parties, carriers or circumstances beyond its control.

  14. 14. Not a contest. This is not a sweepstakes or contest. Every eligible participant who meets these Offer Terms receives a gift, and no purchase is necessary.
